刘雄 教授,男1968年7月毕业于北京市第二中学;1969年3月在北京矿务局大安山煤矿参加工作;1979 年考入北京经济学院劳动经济系, 1983 年毕业后留校任教; 1993 年起任副系主任; 2000 年起任劳动经济学院副院长至今。学术兼职有:中国社会发展与社会保障学会常务理事、副秘书长;中国人力资源开发研究会理事;中国劳动学会理事、社会保险研究会理事、劳动经济教学研究会常务理事;北京市社会学学会理事;北京市高级职称评审专家组成员。
刘雄教授在主持全系教学、科研工作中认真贯彻党的教育方针,在完成繁重的教学、科研任务的同时,为推动劳动经济系和劳动经济学院整体建设作出了重要贡献:
1. 共主讲 4 门本科生和硕士研究生课程,其中社会保障概论、社会保险学、现代工资管理学为校内首创课程; 1995 年以来培养硕士研究生 8 名。
2. 主持全系教学工作, 1994 年以来领导创建人力资源管理、劳动与社会保障等本科专业和社会保障硕士专业,填补了我校特色专业建设的空白。
3. 组织创建北京市宣武区劳动学会等长年社会实践基地 3 个,多次带领本科生到社会实践基地实习、调研,领导完成 12 项实践课题成果并多次获奖。
4. 参与组织并完成劳动经济重点学科、博士点建设。
5. 培养青年教师 2 名其中一人获得北京大学博士学位,另一人已为重点专业课主讲教师。
6.1997 年和 2000 年两次获得北京市政府优秀教学成果二等奖,并获学校 2000 年优秀教学成果一等奖,荣获中年骨干教师资格与提前晋级奖励。
7. 主编《社会保障概论》、《社会保险学》、《现代工资管理学》等著作、教材 7 部,本人完成 75 万字;以组长、副组长身份完成课题 8 项,其中有国家级项目《转换分配机制,理顺分配关系》、省部级项目《社会保障制度改革研究》、《社会保障指标体系研究》、市级项目《北京市职工医疗保险制度改革研究》等,其中两项获得中国劳动学会二等奖、北京市劳动保障系统一等奖。
Professor Xiong Liu
Professor Xiong Liu, Vice-Dean of School of Labor Economics, Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing, China.
He was born in Tianjing in 1952. Since 1969, he had worked in Daanshan Coal Mine of Mine Bureau in Beijing and in 1979 he entered Department of Labor Economics in Beijing Institute of Economics. He graduated in 1989 and then worked as a teacher in BEI. In 1993, he became vice-leader of Department of Labor Economics. When Department of Labor Economics merged with the Institute of Demographic Research and established the new School of Labor Economics , he became Vice-Dean of the new School. Now, he is also the council member and vice-secretary of Social Development and Social Security Association in China , council member of Human Resource Development Association in China , council member of Labor Association in China , council member of Social Insurance Research Association in China and etc.
Devoting himself to teach and research, he has completed such achievements as follows. He teaches four courses to undergraduates and graduates, including General Theory of Social Security, Social Insurance, Salary Management, which is the first time to sep up such kind of courses. Because of his excellent performance in teach work, he was awarded the second-class prize of Beijing Excellent Teacher for two times and the first-class prize of Excellent Teacher in CUEB. As a famous scholar in Labor Economics, he has published over 7 books including General Theory of Social Security, Social Insurance, Salary Management and etc. He has also took part in many projects, for example, Transforming Distribution Mechanism & Reorganizing Distribution Relation in national level, Social Security Mechanism Reform and Social Security Index System in province level and so on. Two of them was honored as the second-class prize of China Labor Association and one of them as the first-class prize of Beijing Labor Security.
As the vice-dean of School of Labor Economics , he took charge the work of teaching management. He has taken part in the tusk of setting up the disciplines of HRM and Labor & Security for undergraduate, as well as Social Security for graduates. |
