唐军 副教授, 硕士生导师,女, 1985 年毕业于北京师范大学心理学系,获心理学学士学位。 1989 年毕业于北京经济学院劳动经济系(现首都经济贸易大学劳动经济学院),获经济学硕士学位。现任首都经济贸易大学劳动经济学院副教授。主要专业方向:人事心理学、组织行为学。
多年从事人事心理学、组织行为学的教学、研究工作,并为在职人力资源从业者进行社会培训,还为政府组织和大中小企业提供过培训和咨询服务,具备扎实的理论基础知识和丰富的实践经验。
担任过 “ 八五 ” 国家社科基金项目《妇女就业问题研究》课题组副组长,并承担子课题《妇女就业欲望与动机研究》。参加北京市哲学社会科学 “ 十五 ” 规划项目《企业经营者层薪酬激励机制研究》课题组工作,承担子课题《企业经营者层激励的生理、心理机制研究》。
2001 年,应香港浸会大学社会工作系莫泰基教授邀请,参加澳门特别行政区政府社会工作局与香港浸会大学之合同项目《澳门特别行政区贫穷问题的对策:探索性研究》专家组 , 负责澳门 “ 贫穷率 ” 测算和贫穷状况分析。 1996 年为香港某华润公司选员做过心理测试。 1998 年独立主持过中国图书进出口总公司职务评价工作(包括:方案设计、评价调查、静态和动态方案制作全过程)。曾与中国科学院心理所合作为慧中广联达公司做过各种分析与绩效评价系统设计。
Associate Professor Jun Tang
Associate Professor Jun Tang is a teacher in School of Labor Economics , Capital University of Economics and Business, Beijing , China . Her main research areas are Psychology and Histology.
She graduated from Beijing Normal University and got her bachelor degree in Psychology in 1985. Then she began to study in Department of Labor Economics, Beijng Institute of Economics for her master degree. She got it in 1989 and then she became a teacher in the same school.
She once took part in a research project on Woman Employment as one of leaders, which was funded by National Social Science Fund Committee, as well as the leader of sub-project ----Woman Employment Desire and Motive. She is now participating a research project on Remuneration Award System for Company Managements, which is funded by Beijing Social Science “Tenth Five” Planning Designs Committee.
In 2001, she was invited by Hongkong Qinhui University to participate one project on the method to resolve the poor problem in Macau Special District----trial research, which was cooperated by Hongkong Qinhui University and Social Work Bureau in Macau Special District. In this project, she was in charge of the survey and calculation of poor ratio and analysis of poor condition. She also designed the performance evaluation system for Huizhongguanglianda company in cooperating with Department of Psychology in China Science Institute.
