王守志、男、副教授、硕士生导师,劳动与人力资源研究室主任。初中就读于北京第三十一中学;高中考入北京大学附属中学,文革期间在北京一家企业工作;恢复高考后,于1977年考入北京经济学院劳动经济系, 1982 年初毕业,留校任教至今。
近十几年来,主要讲授以下课程:劳动经济学、西方经济学、劳动就业管理、劳动法学、劳动力市场理论、中国劳动政策等课程;主要研究方向是劳动经济与劳动关系。
曾经参加了两项国家社科基金课题,分别为 “ 中国就业管理体制研究 ” 、 “ 中国妇女就业问题研究 ” ,主持或参与了四项北京市社科规划研究课题,上述研究均受到有关方面的重视,获得中共北京市委、市政府、国家劳动和社会保障部的奖励。
先后主篇了《劳动就业原理》、《现代劳动经济学》、《劳动就业与劳动合同》等书;发表了 10 数篇论文,其中 “ 强化社会保险的立法与执法 ” , “ 论就业渠道 ” 等论文受到社会好评。在工作中,应有关单位要求,提供培训、劳动法律咨询和授课服务。主要学术兼职有:中国人力资源开发研究会劳动关系研究分会副秘书长、北京市劳动与社会保障学会副秘书长、北京市法学会理事。
Associate Professor Shouzhi Wang
Associate Professor Shouzhi Wang, Director of Department of HRM Research in School of Labor Economics, Capital University of Economics and Business.
He was born in Beijing In 1949. In 1977, he entered Department of Labor Economics in Beijing Institute of Economics and since 1982 after he graduated, he has been a teacher in this department until now.
In recent years, he has mainly taught Labor Economics, Economics, Labor & Employment Management, Labor Law, Theory of Labor Market and etc. His main research field is Labor Economics and Labor Relation.
He once took part in two research projects, Study on Employment Mechanism , Chinese Female Employment. He presided and joined Beijing Social Science Projects .
He writed books on Theory of Employment, Modern Labor Economics, Employment and Labor Contract and published 10 papers or so , receiving much praise.
He holds one or more posts concurrently, the associate secretary of China Labor Association and Beijing Labor & Social Security Association.
