吴冬梅 教授,博士生导师,女,1964年1月出生,祖籍江西省南昌市,管理学博士,首都经贸大学教授,主要研究方向为企业人力资源管理。
社会兼职:北京市行为科学学会理事;吉林大学国有经济研究中心(教育部重点研究基地)兼职研究员;首都经济发展研究会理事。
近年获奖情况: 2001 年入选北京市新世纪社科理论人才百人工程。 2002 年个人专著《公司治理结构的运行与模式研究》获北京市第七届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖; 2001 年她与郑海航教授等合著的《中国企业理论五十年》获北京市第六届哲学社会科学优秀成果二等奖。
获学位情况: 1983 年毕业于江西财经大学国民经济计划专业,获经济学学士学位; 1987 年毕业于中国人民大学国民经济管理专业,获经济学硕士学位; 2000 年毕业于中国社会科学院研究生院企业管理系,获管理学博士学位。
学术研究简历:自 1983 年 7 月开始, 20 年来一直在高校从事教学和研究工作。学术研究经历可以分成三个阶段:( 1 ) 1983 年-- 1991 年,主要从事国民经济管理特别是产业结构的研究,出版了专著《产业政策研究》,并在光明日报等核心报刊杂志发表产业结构与产业政策领域的研究论文近十篇;( 2 ) 1992 年 ――1996 年,主要从事中国证券市场的研究,出版专著《证券市场管理国际比较研究》 , 并在当代财经等核心刊物就中国证券市场管理问题发表论文近十篇;( 3 ) 1997 年至今,主要从事人力资源管理和公司治理结构方面的研究。出版了个人专著《公司治理结构的运行与模式》,并在光明日报、中国工业经济、中国人力资源开发等核心刊物就人力资源管理和公司治理结构问题发表论文近二十篇。她提出的大型企业全员人力资源管理模式、中小型企业三维人力资源管理模式引起理论界和企业界的高度重视。特别是近两年多来,她对职业能力领域的研究引起了业界的强烈反响,她所做的关于血型与职业能力相关性的实证研究填补了国内此研究领域的空白。目前她正在从事的北京市软科学项目《高科技产业的人才激励机制研究》,对建立高科技产业人才激励系统提出了许多独到的见解。
Professor Dongmei Wu, born in Nanchang , Jiangxi Province in Jan.1964, graduated from Graduate School,the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and got her doctor`s degree on administration in 2000.Successively,she assumed the director of Beijing Behavioral Science Society,the part-time researcher of State-owned Research Center of Jilin University; the director of the Development of Capital Economy Research Society.
She has been engaged in teaching and research work at universities since 1983. Her research work has three phases: 1).1983-1991, she had been focusing on the research on national economy management, especially industrial structure, published her monograph <<Study on the Industrial Policy>> and more than 10 papers on industrial structure and industrial policy in some core journals,such as Guangming Daily etc. 2) 1992-1996, her main research was about the securities market.She published her monograph << Study on the International Comparison of the Securities Market Management >> and more than 10 papers on the securities market management in some core journals,such as Contemporary Finance etc. 3).1997-present, she has been undertaking the research on human resource management and cooperate governance structure, published her monograph << Operation and Model of the Cooperate Governance Structure>> and more than 20 papers on human resource management and cooperate governance structure in some core journals,such as Guangming Daily,China Industry Economy,Human Resource Development of China etc .The models such as “staff human resource management in large-sized enterprises” and “three dimensions human resource management in middle and small enterprises” she presented have been paid much attention to by the theory and practice circles. Especially in recent two years , her research on career abilities has stirred many responses in this field and her practical research on the correlation between blood types and career abilities is the first one in this research field. The soft science project she directed “Research on the Incentive Mechanism to IT Talent” has presented some unique views on the bui lding of IT talent incentive system. She was selected as one of the Beijing New Century 100 Talent for Social Science Project in 2001;Her monograph-<< Research on the Operation and Model of the Cooperate Governance Structure>> was awarded the Second Prize of the Beijing 7th Excellent Achievements in Philosophy Social Sciences in 2002;The book ,<< the Fifty-years of China Enterprise Theory>>,coauthored with Professor Haihang Zheng, was awarded the Second Prize of the Beijing 6th Excellent Achievements in Philosophy Social Sciences in 2001. |
